Welcome! After 33 years in corporate, I reinvented myself as executive leadership and transformational coach. I have 30 years in information technology and love connecting the business and technical sides. As a coach, I connect people with their goals and passions. I help technical professionals foster people skills in logic-driven brains, connecting them to their hearts. Working with specialized professionals who work 24/7 to realize they can take time for themselves – connect with themselves, their families, and co-workers, and creating a healthy work/life balance. Including my coaching skills, I am Dare to Lead Trained, Trauma, and DEIB-informed leader with certifications in EQ-i 2.0/360.

I am an ICF-ACC certified coach trained by Accomplishment Coaching, an ICF-accredited training program providing coach training for over 20 years worldwide. Additionally, I am working toward my Doctorate in Information Technology, and my dissertation regarding informational technology management and emotional intelligence will be complete in 2023. I live in Philadelphia, PA, but I work virtually globally. My background is in insurance and finance.
